Werner Dietl

CEO

Werner brings 30 years of experience in real estate. Werner spent the majority of his career with CBRE Limited, Canada's largest real estate brokerage, most recently as the Canadian President and CEO. He understands the value of relationships, sustainability and driving value in everything we do each day. Werner is the primary driver of our acquisition and leasing strategies.

Werner is currently the Chair of the Heart and Stroke Association Ontario Advisory Board and a 2025 recipient of the King Charles III Coronation Medal for community service.

Alex Riccardi

Vice President

Alex supports the team with underwriting, due diligence, market intelligence and asset management. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, he worked at RBC in commercial real estate lending for 6 years where he co-led the underwriting of $4 billion in credit.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours from Queen’s University. Outside of the office, Alex is an avid soccer player and motorsports fan.
